ISB, TSRTC tieup for route rationalisation

Hyderabad: The Hyderabad campus of Indian School of Business (ISB) on Tuesday said ISB Institute of Data Science (IIDS) and Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) has entered into an agreement for route rationalisation and profit maximisation.
TSRTC in its efforts to become a citizen-centric and service-oriented corporation has joined hands with ISB. The MoU was signed by Professor Manish Gangwar, Executive Director, IIDS and M Rajasekhar, Chief Engineer (IT), TSRTC in the presence of V C Sajjanar, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director, TSRTC and Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB.
Sajjanar said that the Memorandum of Understanding would go a long way in route rationalisation and profit maximisation of TSRTC and will soon become a role model for other transport corporations. He called on the need to promote public transport to address the challenges of the environment and other related issues.
